All acclux accounting users get access for free to acclux accounting support portal.  Our support portal covers all the information you need to know about acclux accounting, it contains articles, tips, troubleshooting. Also acclux accounting support portal  contains video turorials and list of known issues in acclux accounting.

 You can join acclux community to learn, ask, answer and share your information about acclux accountung. acclux team endeavors to replay to 87% of community forum questions within 2 days of posting.

All acclux accounting users will get email support for free, you can either send email to supprort@acclux.com or submit ticket through the acclux support website.

acclux gold support is an additional, paid support option for acclux accounting customers.

In additional to all free support features, you will get unlimited phone calls, complete initial acclux accounting set-up and ongoing one-to-one training when you sign up for gold Support.

One-to-one training, covering the following topics:
• Managing projects and tasks
• Managing your invoicing and payment
• Setting-up invoice portal
• Managing the customer database
• Working on reports and dashboard
• Managing users and accounts

 Phone support:
Gold support includes unlimited support related to acclux accounting will be provided to authorized callers between the hours of 08.30 a.m to 4.30 p.m (pacific time) Monday to Friday excluding USA and company holidays.    

Set up and trobleshooting:
acclux team will be responsible for setting-up and troubleshooting all gold support accounts, including:

• General company settings,  i.e. set-up of all tax rate, Paypal, invoice settings and financial accounts.
• Importing and creating functional financial accounts and customer databases.
• User account and user permission settings.
 

Faster email response:
We will also endeavour to reply to 87% of issues submitted by email or web ticket within 2 hours during our  business hours from 08.30 a.m to 4.30 p.m (pacific time) Monday to Friday.

 
acclux accounting gold support doesn't includes the following:
• Data extraction (we will not be responsible for any data extraction from previous software or applications).
• Maintaining the hardware and operating system software of cutomer devices and machines.
• We will be not responsible  of the correction of problems caused by mis-use of the product..
• We will not provide onsite support.
• We are only responsible for the payment gateway integration and cannot be held responsible for problems specific to third party payment gateways.
