An Item (service item) represents work that is performed, such as consulting or design.
To create new item:
1. Log in to your acclux accounting account.
2. Go to Sales section, then go to the Items.
3. Click on New button from the toolbar.
4. Enter the Item Information:
Item Name | Enter the name for the service item |
Item Description | Enter the description of the item to be displayed in your invoices/purchase orders |
Income Account | Select the income account of the item. |
Price/ Rate | Enter the selling price for the item |
Tax Profile | Select the tax profile |
Expense Account | Select the expense account of the item. |
Cost | Enter the purchasing price for the item |
5. Click on the SAVE button.
And that's how you can add new service items in acclux.
