How to use template codes in my email messages


With acclux accounting, you can send emails to your contacts easily and quickly using email message templates. By default, you have three email templates associated with each document.
- Email message for invoices.
- Email message for estimations.
- Email massage for purchase orders.

Your email message template  contains the text you want to send to your contact, and it also can contain information about your contact, your company and about the document you are sending. Template codes help you to grab these data into your email message template. You can simply do that by using one of the predefined template codes that listed below. Usually each template code is surrounding by double brackets {.

Your Contact Details  
{ {contactname}}: Contact name(customer, employee or vendor) will be displayed.
{ {contactcompanyname}}: Contact Company name will be displayed.
{ {contactphonenumber}}: Contact phone number will be displayed.
