Working with projects and tasks

With acclux accounting, projects and tasks management is made very simple and easy but very useful and handy in the same time. In acclux accounting you can define unlimited number of projects and for each project you can add unlimited tasks. 
 

For each project you can:

1. Create a project for your contacts.

2. Estimate the cost and fees for each project.

3. Schedule deadline for each project.

4. Add expensed for each given project.

5. Follow the progress of each project using the  Tasks View for each project

For each task you can:

1. Assign tasks to the appropriate users.

2. Schedule deadlines and estimate the amount of time to complete tasks.

3. Estimate the cost for each task.

4. Organize your tasks under sections.

4. Add Logs to each task to track its progress.

5. Invoice a task to your client and get paid online.
