Know your client budget

Knowing the budget of your client is one of the important things that can affect your quote. You need to know before quoting your clients how much they are planning to spend. If the client’s budget is too low for you then you can save the time creating the quote and reject the job; and if the budget is acceptable to you then you can move to the next step and start gathering more information about the job.

In some cases, your client may refuse to give any hint about their budget, in this case you will quote your clients depending on the other tips below.

Turn to your project management software
Although every creative job is different from each other, you can have a look to the pervious works or projects.Your project management tool or software is the best place to preview all your old projects and know which tasks you spend most the time on it.
