How to select the right acclux accounting package for my business

Recently, we’ve added new packages for acclux accounting; those packages are mainly designed to meet the different needs of entrepreneurs and small business owners.

These packages provide flexibility and scalability for acclux accounting users to upgrade/downgrade from package to another with no extra fees.

The current acclux accounting packages are:

The first question is, are you working solo or with a team? If you are working solo, then your options are narrowed to the first three packages (Project, Basic & Empower packages) we call them the entrepreneur packages; However, if you are working with a team and you want your employees to have access to the system with specific privileges and roles then you are choosing between the 4th and 5th options (Standard & Professional packages) we called them the small business packages.

Now, if you are working solo as we agreed before you will have the project, Basic & Empower packages. With these three packages you can’t add more than one user to access the software. The selection between these packages is quite simple:

• If you want to manage only your projects, tasks and track your time then your Project Package is the right package for you.
• If you want to manage only your financial records like estimations, invoices and expenses, then your Basic package is the right package for you.
• If you want to manage both your projects and financial records and have a complete accounting and project management solution then the Empower Package will be your choice.

Now for the small business packages the selection is more simple cause the main difference between the two packages is the number of users and if you want to mange your purchase cycle.

• If the number of users you want to have is equal or less than 10 and you don’t want to manage you purchase cycle like purchase orders or pay bills then your selection will be the Standard Package.
• If the number of users you want to have is less than 30 and you want to manage you purchase cycle then your selection will be the Professional Package.

The good news is acclux accounting really scalable software and we made the upgrading/downgrading is quite easy and simple. For each time you renew your acclux accounting subscription, you will have the flexibly to change your package, you won’t loose any data for example if you were in the empower package and you choose to downgrade to the basic package then you want to return to the empower package, all you project management data will be there as you left them.
